1 Who maintains this site? - http://www.thailongstay-tlm.com/ TLM maintains and updates our website. Some information is also taken from the Tourism Authority of Thailand, and other government offices involved.
2 How can I book a travel package, accommodation or other service mentioned in the web site? You can send your enquiry or booking to TLM by e-mail or fax. All e-mails and faxes will be replied to within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Thai public holidays.
3 How much do I have to pay to book a particular service? There is no charge whatsoever in responding to your enquiries. After confirmed bookings have been made, the deposit and cancellation conditions will be advised to you.
4 How do I pay for the service? Payment for the service or booking can be made as follows: a) by bank transfer (telegraph money order) to our bank account. b) by major credit cards i.e. Visa or Master card. Payment by personal check is not accepted.
5 In case of payment by credit card, is it secure? A form for payment by credit card will be sent via e-mail or fax for you to fill in, sign, and return to us by fax or airmail (but not by email). Alternatively, you may mail us or fax us (but not by email) the photocopy of your credit card (both sides) authorizing us to charge the appropriate amount, together with your signature. This method offers high security. Please note that regulations oblige us to charge in Thai Baht. Our current US dollar rate is Baht 40.00 for US$1.00.
6 What is the cancellation policy of the services? TLM does not normally charge cancellation fees for its services. However, when cancellation charges are levied by hotels, airlines or other service providers, we are obliged to pass these on to you.
